职位描述
1. 负责网站的客户咨询服务，通过电话、在线客服、Email等方式，进行订单售前咨询、售后问题的跟踪处理；
2. 在与客户沟通过程中，能进行有效的信息收集；
3. 统计各客户购买情况，按时、正确、有效地处理客户订单；
4. 接听客户来电，回答客户咨询，处理客户问题。

职位要求：
1.普通话标准，口齿清晰，声音甜美，具有亲和力；
2.工作认真负责，有良好的客户服务意识，较强的沟通能力及应变能力；
3.掌握基本办公软件如MS Word， Excel，互联网浏览及电邮系统等；
4.具备一定的互联网电子商务知识，了解网络购物，有一定的网上客服经验；
5.服从工作安排，能适应呼叫中心倒班制度, 周一至周五9:00-0:00， 周末不上班
