职位描述
Project sales by referencing sales history, promotion schedule, store opening plan and festivals
o Align with customers and vendors for a good and efficient supply pattern, both within cost restraints and consistent with vendors’ lead times
o Ensure a good material planning cycle from sending orders to the suppliers to materials being received by customers, with promotion products delivery to stores inclusive.
o Liaise with vendors and shipping lines and ensure the import and export documents and requirements are processed and met in compliance with government rules and regulations.
o Respond to special request from customers, changes or unexpected disturbance in product supply or contingent situations such as delay of vessels, unexpected fluctuation in sales, strikes or stock recovery.
o Monitor inventory level to meet customer’s sales and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as inventory days.
o Administrate the purchasing and inventory control modules of the HLS/SOA system.
o Arrange regular physical inventory count to ensure stock accuracy.
o Handle slow moving or leftover item inventory with customers or outside storage. o Prepare monthly inventory projection to suppliers if necessary.
A bachelor degree. Additional qualifications in Purchasing or Inventory Control or demand planning are added as advantage.
3 years purchasing, inventory control and customer services experience. Exposure to the fast food chain industry and good connection with the food industry is desirable.
