Job Description & Responsibilities

About Research Team

The Research team is a functional unit under Business Development,charged with the role of providing research support within PwC. The information we provided will assist priority account teams and BDs' relationship building and pursuit activities. We help staff having informed conversation with clients or relevant data at work by connecting them to relevant external knowledge. As a member of the research team, he/she will have the opportunity to employ different kind of research tools in the provision of professional and business information.

The manager is part of the Research Team and reports directly to Senior Manager in Research. He/She will:

- Act as a local research contact point for proposal support,primary for Assurance

- Meet with practitioners working in Targets or Priority accounts to understand their information needs

- Formulate and tailor research support based on discussion with each accounts

- Perform search, review findings and prepare summary for account team

· - Modify and tailor global knowledge ( e.g. capability statement,global client list) for China use

- Organize and be the instructor of user education program in China

Requirements

- Tertiary education, or other recognized qualification, preferably in any accounting or business discipline

- At least in a manager in practice before the transfer

- Strong business sense with good communication skills

- Ability to process and organise vast amount of information

- Ability to work as a team player and deal with all levels of people independently

- Systematic, self-motivated and out
