Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of Visual Merchandising support and implementations plans

• Execute Visual Merchandising Guidelines for owned doors, dealers’ doors, and specialty accounts to ensure internal ( VM, Marketing, Sales, Product) and external ( All Dealers and Shop Staff) parties well-informed on how to set up and maintain visual imagery and changes

• Be responsible for execution of seasonal and/ or monthly POP launches, floor sets, windows at all retail locations

• Provide VM training to internal and external partners (e.g. Retail Store Staff and Dealers) to ensure quality VM & field merchandising standards met and maintained on a daily basis of Stores, SIS, Counters, Outlets, and all types of distribution channels within your region

• Prepare reports of routine store inspections and execution of follow-ups actions

• Prepare quarterly visual merchandising manual

• Execute store image enhancement work

• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by manager
