AFS Sr. /Training and Education specialist

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• Conduct internal and external training as a trainer.

• Organize training programs for customers and AFS team

• Provide special case and technical support for sales force

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct internal and external training on products, case procedure and therapy as a trainer

• Support field case procedures as needed

• Communicate with headquarter Training & Education team on training requirements

• Develop specific training programs for AFS sales force and execute

• Organize and support the training for customers

• Support marketing events on training related tasks

JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Medical related field

• More than 3 years’ experience in medical device sales experience and/or sales training experience.

• Experience and strong skills in project management

• Self-motivation and good personality,

• Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill

• Good coordination skill and training skills,

• Fluent English

• Computer skills.

Location: Shanghai preferred
