职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

?    Assist Store Planning Team in project coordination and project administration works

?    Assist Line Manager to keep cost tracking ensure the costs within budgets

?    Update and maintain project budgets, maintenance budgets and cost database timely

?    Update and maintain the project planning and store database timely

?    Follow the company guidelines and standards to formalize the documentations, such as prepare the reports and presentation materials

?    Create and consolidate the purchasing orders of projects, renovation and maintenance works

?    Be responsible for payment processing, check invoices and process payment applications to financial department

?    Support sourcing activities, assist the sourcing and evaluation process to identify the most cost efficient vendor.

?    Coordinate with both internal and external parties for meetings and appointments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be familiar with Excel, Word, PDF.
  • Good written and oral English
  • Immediate available is preferred
