MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

This position is responsible for initiating and executing product plans, programs, policies and processes in support of the large capital group by leading the marketing associated product management tactical and strategic responsibilities.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direction, insight and planning for marketing activities of new and existing product lines

• Analyze, develop and introduce product opportunities that ensure global success of product line

• Tactical and strategic planning and implementation

• Participating or leading project teams

• Forecasting sales volumes and financial budgets

• Preparing and delivering presentations to management team

• Developing sales tools

• Building key account relationships

• Developing market and business plans

• Developing all aspects of product management responsibilities

• Identifying business opportunities for growth

• Special projects as assigned

   

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum five years product marketing role in medical device

• Demonstrates strong learning skills and intelligence

• Excellent written and oral communications both in Chinese and English

• Demonstrates leadership capabilities

• Ability to work as a strong team contributor

• Solid analytical ability and business acumen

• Strong results orientation

• Ability to travel approximately 25%

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA preferred

• Sales experience preferred

• New product launch experience preferred
