总结：

该职位负责AHF中国办事处所有计算机系统和服务器的安全有效运行，网站维护和服务号码开发。微信公众号开发、小程序开发、H5开发等。

1.负责公司产品平台的功能设计、二次开发与维护；

2.参与产品需求、功能细节设计及评审，并按产品需求进行软件设计和编码实现，确保项目的进度和质量；

3.独立完成部分系统的系统分析文档和详细设计文档的撰写；

4.维护和升级现有软件产品和系统，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷。

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业，有JAVA相关项目的开发经验；

2.JAVA技术知识扎实，对各种开源框架如Spring、Hibernate/MyBatis、SpringMVC、Struts等掌握，至少熟悉一到两种，熟悉DOM、AJAX、Json、XML等常见技术, 有实际项目经验优先考虑；

3.熟悉spring-boot、spring-cloud，对微服务系统有实际经验的优先

4.熟练使用Oracle、Mysql、SQLServer数据库开发及SQL优化能力，有Memcached、Redis，RabbitMQ等经验者优先；

6.有微信开发项目经验优先；

7.对技术有强烈的兴趣，喜欢钻研，具有良好的学习能力、逻辑思维、沟通能力并良好的主动性和责任感。

证书、执照和注册：

持有认可大学的学位和证书。

Summary:

    

This position is responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems and server in AHF-China office, the websites maintenance and service number development. Also, Wechat public number development, small program development, H5 development, etc.

    

    

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    

Information Technology

    

· Provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation.

    

· Manage, maintains and troubleshoots all technologies related issues and ensures IT systems are working smoothly both including hardware, software, Antivirus, network operating system and communicates with the Global IT department for consultation and technical support.

    

· Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum security and access

    

· Responsible for identifying new IT equipment specification at the country level

    

· Deploy and maintains network infrastructure operations, including assembly of networking, hardware, and provides assistance to the network administrator;

    

· Schedules and completes preventative maintenance for PC's, laptops, servers and other networking devices;

    

· Installs software packages such as operating systems, word processing, spreadsheet programs and other required software from staffs.

    

· Analyzes technology requirements and develops functional specifications. Conducts comparative analysis and competitive bidding when necessary.

    

· Assist and Coordinate with Data Management Team in order to access the online database smoothly with minimum interruption.

    

· Wechat public number development, small program development

    

· Experience in H5 is preferred

    

    

Participation in AHF Meetings/Committees:

    

Participates in monthly and management meeting.

Education and/or Experience:

    

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or MIS or similar field

    

· Two years experiences related to IT management and communication

Server System/Services Application:

    

· Various versions of MS Exchange Server, MS ISA Proxy/Firewall, MS SharePoint, Office 365, DNS, Domain Controller, Active Directory, DHCP, WSUS, FTP, VPN, Remote Technology, Backup, Scripting, enterprise antivirus and security solutions (Symantec technologies, office scan, Server Protect, Trend Micro, Apache/IIS web services. Virtual machine (VMware, Citrix, VirtualBox Datacenter, Cloud management, Asterisk, and Elastix Unified Communication (SIP Phone System).

    

    

-Operating Systems:

    

-Various MS Windows including Server Operating System, Linux Platform, Unix and Solaris Operating System.

美国艾滋病健康基金会（AHF）中国项目：
2006年，AHF中国项目在山西省临汾市启动了***个项目，至今在中国已经有九个项目点，服务于42300名服务对象。AHF中国项目致力于与政府机构、医院以及国内和国际组织建立合作伙伴关系网，以便促进HIV感染者的检测和治疗。2008年，中华预防医学会与AHF中国项目签订了财务管理和项目开发支持协议。

以患者为中心的艾滋病关怀和治疗：
自2006年以来，AHF中国项目一直致力于与***和地方抗病毒治疗门诊合作，共同在中国提高抗病毒治疗服务的可及性，具体活动包括：给医生和护士提供抗病毒治疗服务培训，给贫困患者提供免费药物用以治疗和控制机会性感染，以及建立社区合作伙伴关系以便改善感染者的生活质量。此外，AHF中国项目还通过开展试点项目更好地确定HIV诊断与早期抗病毒治疗服务之间的联系。AHF希望试点项目会给未来的政策决策提供参考依据。
此外，AHF中国项目还与相关机构合作，例如卫生部、中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心、地方抗病毒治疗门诊和疾控中心，为感染者开展倡导活动。在每年的世界艾滋病日和国际安全套日，AHF中国项目都与***和地方合作伙伴共同举办艾滋病防治宣传活动。卫生部、中国疾病预防控制中心和联合国艾滋病规划署等组织机构的主要领导出席了这些宣传活动。
