职位描述

Job Purpose

Responsible for Domain expertise Technical Training, Marketing Technical Support, Pre-sales & Post-sales Support of Rockwell Automation integrated design and simulation, Data Analytics product and solution.
Provide technical/application expertise/supports on Studio 5000, Emulate 3D, FactoryTalk Innovation Suite(especially Vuforia)

Key Responsibilities

· Understand customer application needs, analyze design process using programming and simulation software tools to generate recommendation

· Provide pre-sales technical support for internal and customer on design and simulation products

· Deliver training for internal domain experts on design and simulation products

· Go to customer site for urgent after sales support occasionally

· Demo creation for sales tools, marketing event and Customer Experience Center using Data Modeling, simulation and VR/AR technologies

Job related competencies

High level of expertise and knowledge of Industrial Automation, computer software especially 3D design and modeling creation software for mechanical application.

Background in Industrial Automation, PLC programming or network knowledge, manufacturing experience is a plus.
Experience of AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Solidworks, ProE. Programming of .Net(C#, Javascript, ASP.net etc). Preferred Mechanical Automation or Computer Science major with manufacturing working experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Automation/Computer Software/ Mathematics/EE or above.
5+ years experiences in Automation or mechanical design.
Fluent English communication skills on read/writing and oral.
Proficient in Presentation.
