Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:

1.Take customer requests by phone, fax, email and communicate with the customer to collect detail information for trouble shooting通过电话,传真,邮件等方式保持和客户沟通联系，收集现场的问题背景资料及具体信息.

2. Arrange the material, manpower, tooling, and equipment etc…to address the after service issue. 安排必要的物料，人员，工具，设备实施售后服务

3. Coordinate and support the service engineer to perform service activity in the jobsite.协调并支持服务工程人员在现场实施售后服务，解决问题

4. Maintain service case information keep updating and tracking to closure. 整理售后服务信息，保持资料及时更新，直至问题关闭结束为止

5. To improve service level and customer satisfaction.维护客户以及提升客户满意度

Position/Job Requirements:

1. Bechlor Degree or above.1~2years of related experience; Previous demonstrated experience in a planning/dispatch role using a computerized accounting/service package (SAP/ERP an advantage). 本科以上学历; 1~2年以上工作经历;可考虑应届；有使用计算机系统进行服务计划及电话调度经验（有SAP/ERP使用经验者优先）

2. Excellent data entry skills with speed and accuracy 快速准确的数据录入

3. Energetic and positive disposition while being able to absorb periods of pressure 精力充沛，在压力下能够保持积极的工作态度

4. Is competence in 有以下技能

？-Windows based software package such as Word and Excel 熟练使用办公自动化软件

？- E-mail and internet operations 电子邮件及上网操作熟练

？- Use and management of basic office equipment 能够使用并管理基本办公自动化设备

5. Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team with strong sense of accountability 不但能独立工作，也具有强烈的团队工作意识

6. Proven ability to work effectively with staff at all levels 能够和不同层次的人一起高效工作

7. Excellent organizational sense and time management skills 优秀的组织及时间管理能力

8. Firm with strong capacity to influence people (service team) – soft skills 有效的影响及说服力

9. Orientation towards customers and/or markets 客户及市场导向
