职责描述：
1、负责公司电话接转、收发传真、文档复印等工作；
2、负责来宾的接待，会议服务等工作；
3、负责信件、快递的接收和登记工作；
4、负责前台、接待区的卫生清洁以及公共办公区域的卫生监督等事务；
5、协助上级做好公司会议的会务准备及会议记录工作
6、负责公司办公用品的发放，行政文件的管理等工作；
7、负责公司会所的餐饮、会务服务工作；
8、班车管理与协调
9、配合行政助理完成其他日常行政管理事务。

任职要求：
1、 中专以上学历，普通话标准，待人热情周到、有亲和力；
2、 身高160cm以上，身材匀称，形象气质佳，熟悉商务礼仪，举止大方；
3、 能熟练操作常用办公软件；
4、 有礼仪接待或餐饮服务经验的优先考虑。
