职位描述
Role purpose
? Launch Anmum Super Premium line in China for both cross boarder and GT channel
? Build Anmum as an authentic New Zealand brand in IMF category
Role accountabilities
New Product Development
? Develop super premium product line for Anmum, get the product concept to be successfully launched from ideation to commercialization.
? Support business case preparation (volume, value, pricing, RTM, geographic, etc.)
? Lead the development of consumer claims and get alignment with global, technical and local RA.
? Responsible for launching tool kit development and production, both visual and content assets are needed.
? Lead cross function digital marketing, trade marketing, sales and CRM to develop and execute the launch plan.
? Responsible for launching KPIs setting and lead KPIs monitor after launch.
Brand Management
? Lead and develop super premium brand assets, ensure the synergy between maternal and IMF category.
? Base on consumer journey to develop marketing ideals and campaigns for both on-line and offline. Ensure the right brand positioning, product image and communication message are delivered.
? Work with sales, digital marketing and CRM to explore the new user recruitment model for IMF in on-line channel.
Insights & Category market
? Use insight of the super-premium category market to understand the market development trends.
? Use insight of the competitor’s dynamic to understand market share.
? Use insight of the consumer to understand consumer’s requirements.
Performance Tracking
? Monitor and review new product performance in the external and internal environment, especially on business results per monthly include but not limited to sales performance, distribution quality, pricing, gross margin, etc.
? Analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of launching campaign and promotion. (ROI orientated)
Requirement
Degree in Marketing, Commerce or related discipline
Experience Min. 6 years’ experience in FMCG Consumer Marketing function
Expertise Min. 5 years’ experience in brand marketing function New product launch experience
Industry Experience FMCG or dairy and dairy ingredients IMF category
Multi-national organization experience
