Key Responsibilities

1. Provide process engineering support for control panel assembly cell.
2. Responsible to support all technical needs including PCBA supplier and customer support, inhouse testing, software and other equipment support
3. After sales troubleshooting and application support.
4. Act as a liaison for US. support team for any other technical and troubleshooting needs for electronic products supplied in region.

Competencies

1. Electronics industry experience is must – including controls logic, related software and hardware knowledge and skills
2. Able to work with both customer and supplier – good communication skills with both internal and external teams  
3. Able to work with cross functional team across regions – good English communication for both verbal and written is MUST
4. Good problem-solving skills
5. Demonstrated project management skills with good time management, discipline, communication, problem solving, risk management, technical aptitude etc will be plus
6. Able to work in team-based environment – good team player
7. Good leadership skills – able to lead a cross functional team members to perform problem solving, improvement initiatives as needed
