职位描述

In this role, you will:

- Management and execution of Marketing communications campaigns and activities to deliver against the objectives and ambitions of the Global Marketing strategy and plan

- Responsible for product marketing strategy development and product launch promotion events activation

- Implementing campaigns globally, working with and guiding Marketing campaigns teams in market to ensure that the HSBC brand is promoted in a cohesive and consistent way, using the agreed campaign assets and supporting materials produced

- Formulating and implementing Marketing activities and campaigns to support the achievement of revenue growth targets for the (Global Business Line)

- Driving customer acquisition in key segments, building the HSBC brand presence and supporting the local activation of campaigns and events

- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and effectively managing agency and supplier relationships to maximise service delivery

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- A university degree in Business or marketing-related discipline (recognized by the state)

- At least 5 years' working experience in central marketing, preferably multi-national organization

-Solid strategic thinking which is based on market understanding, customer insight identification and data analysis- Good understanding on insurance product and customer need

- Strong capability to understand and translate company business strategy and customer's insight into a workable marketing plan and initiatives.

- Track record on creative development, manage Agencies effectively and program execution in excellence.

- Ability to leverage fresh and innovative idea for marketing program development

- Able to work in a diverse environment with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill

- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skill to bring team move forward together

-Excellent skill in written and spoken English
