Job Description

Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.

Manage accounting activities relating to month-end and quarter-end close, in ensuring timely and accurate compliance to Apple policy, US GAAP and local requirements.

Maintain accuracy, completeness and integrity of FA related GL accounts.

Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset sub-ledger to the summary-level account in the GL.

Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable.

Support compliance, SOX, internal controls.

Execute test scripts for User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure system meet requirements (provide quality assurance).

Ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Key Qualifications

    ？       Degree in Accountancy and with professional qualifications. Solid background in US GAAP and local accounting requirements

    ？       More than 2 years of fixed assets accounting experience or support experience

    ？       Experience with the SAP system will be a strong advantage

    ？       Bilingual, fluent in Mandarin and English, written and verbal.

    ？       Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skill

    ？       Possession of a passion for business process excellence

    ？       Mature, responsible, self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision

    ？       Qualification of Accounting Certificate will be a plus

    ？       Hands-on approach, extremely detail oriented
