工作职责:

? Direct and monitor a sales team on sales plan execution to achieve established sales targets within a specified geography

? Monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem in time

? Re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.

? Establish and keep good relationship with area customers for win-win solution.

? Contribute to the channel development, marketing, customer retention, pricing and distribution strategies in respective area

? Coach sales executives on daily work (i.e. product knowledge, selling skills, etc.) to maximum team’s productivity.

? Monthly check inventory, AR status in order to ensure a healthy sales growth

任职资格:

? Bachelor degree or above with general sales concept.

? At least 8 years working experience in sales development & management in similar industries, and 4 years working experience in managing distributor and market development with both project and retail sales experience will be a plus.

? Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills.

? Good negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external groups.

? Business driven/result driven.
