RESPONSIBILITY：

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Prepare regular project updates, presentation decks and reports as required
• Coordinate and perform testing / validation of deliverables to ensure they meet user requirements
• Coordinate Project Team meetings and logistics by liaising with key stakeholders and vendors to meet related project action items
• Arrange and organize project meetings, conference calls and etc.
• Assist the preparation of the financial plan and other project related documentation.
• Maintain and update the relevant project documents on SharePoint

Manage and execute IOT projects in time, quality and budget with efficient methodology

 

ACCOUNTABILITY：

• Drive the New Product development program from concept, planning, execution, to closure phase.
• Lead the cross-function and multi-site program team to deliver the new product development programs on time, on scope, on budget, and on quality.

Program status reporting and escalating.

AUTHORITY：

• Utilize software requirements to work with internal teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule.
• Manage changes, risks, and issues. Ensure issues get highlighted, addressed and resolved timely and effectively.
• Track project progress and report status to the management team.

Monitor project quality assurance (QA) activities

REQUIREMENTS：

• Bachelor or Master Degree in English Major or Public Administration with 2-3 years of related experience
• Proficient in MS Office suites (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both mandarin and English.
• Good relationship building and communication skills
• Take initiative, high accuracy and organized;
• Independent, able to manage multi-tasks and meeting tight deadlines
• Curious about new things, solution thinking, data driven, and risk taking.

Engineering experience in software and hardware project management is a plus
