主要职责

1. 对高通平台相关的射频工具和软件进行相关的射频测试，其中包括射频校准，综测，天线测试等相关的测试，并且提供测试分析报告，问题分析和后续追踪，关键指标的数据分析等。
2. 负责架设维护射频测试站，包括实验室电脑，相关仪表，待测件及相关测试附件等，维护更新测试相关的工具和测试脚本文件。
3. 负责制定项目测试计划，射频测试需求收集，射频测试问题分析和验证测试，提供相应的技术支持给相关的开发团队，问题分析并追踪到问题解决。
4. 根据试产的需求提供现场技术支持。

具体要求

1. 熟悉主要的射频测试仪表，如无线综合测试仪（CMW500/100, MT8820C/8870等），可编程电源等，能够独立架设射频测试环境，熟悉射频测试指标，如GSM / WCDMA / CDMA2000 / TDSCDMA / LTE-FDD / LTE-TDD / 5G的3GPP测试要求指标。
2. 具有良好的射频问题分析能力，和开发团队一起做问题分析并追踪到问题解决，维护和更新相关的测试脚本。
3. 熟悉高通平台相关的射频测试工具和手动测试流程，例如：QSPR, QRCT, QMSL/QLIB, QXDM等，有高通平台工作经验者优先。
4. 有射频工具开发或者类似开发经验 （C, C++, C#, Python）优先。
5. 本科及以上学历，专业为通信工程，计算机专业或相关方向，硕士研究生优先
6. 能使用英语作为工作语言，与美国和印度的开发团队一起工作
