Role Summary
Role Summary
· Responsible for the full Field Services (Consulting/Education) Process Cycle including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial closing to ensure full compliance with Local and Group policies

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
· Responsible for the monthly forecast, quarterly Latest Estimate and annual budget preparation for submission to APJ.
· Review the monthly closing of the Field Service cycle in accordance with global timeline and ensure full compliance with the local and Group policies
· Monthly review of Fixed Price project and follow up action plan with the Consulting team.
· Review VSOE, ARMR, FLCR Calculation together with the Revenue Recognition team for submission to APJ/AG
· Analyses and interprets financial data to provide management with actionable recommendations;
· Involved in the SOX/ Statutory/Internal Audit for Field Services related areas
· Review the calculation of Bonus KPI for Field Services team

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Experience & Language Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
· Working experience in big four is preferred
· Fluent in Chinese and English

Education
· Bachelor's degree in accounting / ACCA equivalent

· Keen eye for detail while always thinking about the big picture
· Strong commercial acumen and problem solving skills
