1、分析客户的购买行为，优化购物路径，提高客户的购物体验和满意度;

2、负责平台客户维护，会员管理计划制定、实施、评估;

3、日常会员活动，产品推广活动的流程建立实施，效果评估;

4、根据主要特性分类客户，根据不同类型的用户制定对应维护方案，增加客户粘性;

5、通过会员管理软件制定会员活动，维护会员信息，挖掘会员价值，实现会员营销，提高会员销售占比和转化。

任职要求

1、大专以上学历，2年以上客户管理相关工作经验;

2、性格开朗，喜欢与人交往，沟通能力强，有良好的服务意识;

3、对于会员营销有个人的想法和创意，善于使用会员管理软件进行数据分析并做出调整和计划。
