PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a member of the SAP HR Shared Services Team in North Asia, the Recruiter plays an important role to ensure the delivery of quick, pinpointed and world class recruiting service to sustain the demands of hiring.
He/She will be mainly responsible for the recruitment of all lines of business(Lob) in SAP China, which comprises sales, presales and other related functions located within the country. This recruiter also has the exposure to work with other country team on cross board recruiting.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
# Understand the business needs and the position profile by running the engagement meeting with Hiring Manager.
# Identify recruitment sourcing strategy and initiate the action plan with obtaining approval/alignment from hiring manager
# Manage all sourcing activities and progress by the resources support from sourcing recruiter team
# Well manage recruiting lead time, prioritize work to achieving KPI commitment, not go far of SLAs in APJ
# Be ensure to follow the request of recruiting system and satisfy the data quality
# Be active involved in recruitment event being assigned as project basis, such as campus recruitment, job fair, market campaign...
# Be part of a customer oriented organization with a strong focus on excellence
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
# Bachelor degree or above
# Relevant experience in recruitment process
# Good command of English
# Skillful in MS Office
# Good communication and interpersonal skill
# Kind and friendly personality, Team worker
# Self motivator and Fast learner
# Customer focus
# Creative & innovative

# At least 8 years recruitment working experience in MNC
