PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP On-Demand Service Hub serves SAP On-Demand solutions, including SAP Business byDesign for SME and LE subsidiaries as well Line-of-Business solutions, such as Sales OD and Sourcing OD. SAP On-Demand Service Hub will play the role of the market-maker and lead the coming implementation projects with a dedicated team. Team members are expected to drive implementations with high motivation and the willingness to actively shape the future of SAP.
A Service Adviser for SAP On-Demand Service Hub provides capabilities in both a customer-facing and a remote-delivery role, mapping business processes to requirements of customers. She/he guides the customer through demos and trial systems, drives the implementation phase activities, co-ordinates ongoing projects and ensures overall project success.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
# University degree or equivalent in IT, Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
# Excellent coordination and communication skills.
# Sound understanding in at least two of the following functional areas: Supply Chain Management (Planning & Execution), CRM, Purchasing & Supplier Relationship Management.
# Cross functional knowledge of business processes in the areas of Logistics / Financials / HR
# Knowledge about on-demand product will be a plus
# Knowledge about ERP system integration will be a plus
# Knowledge of SAP R3 will be a plus
# Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)

WORK EXPERIENCE
# Minimum 3 years experience as an application consultant and/or project manager for the implementation of ERP Software, preferably in the segment of Small and Midsize Enterprises (SME).
# Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in CRM, SRM, SCM
