Associate Manager - Associate Director, CI Qualitative Research

THE POSITION

As a Senior Qualitative Expert, you will be responsible for building up qualitative research business, developing and maintaining client relationship, delivering the excellent research services and growing your team people to best qualitative expert as well.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Develop qualitative business, build up project pipeline on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis

2.     Deliver yearly and quarterly revenue target with effective control on margin and cost

3.     Build, maintain and improve long-term working relationship with our clients

4.     Lead and develop people in terms of expertise and professionalism in qualitative research

5.     Take overall responsibilities for project delivery with high quality and high customer satisfaction from the beginning to the end

6.     Work with other function BU and teams on research cooperation and client services

7.     P.S. For AD role, all above responsibilities are important; for AM-SM role, mainly focus on 3-7.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

-        At least 2-8 years (base on the title candidate applied) Qualitative Research experience in mainland China.

-        Research agency background & experience of focus group moderator are both very necessary.

-        Proven experience on business and client development in qualitative research

-        Solid knowledge and strong analysis skills on qualitative research

-        Excellent communication and presentation skills

-        Client side background is a plus.

-        Fluent English in oral and written.

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

- At least bachelor degree..
