2.  积极了解行业内人才市场现状，根据任职要求和标准，拓展不同渠道搜索人才、储备人才；

3.  及时进行招聘效果分析，提出优化招聘制度和流程的建议；

4.  定期对招聘工作进行总结，出具数据分析报告；

5.  校园招聘或其他招聘相关项目的协助及跟进；

6.  培训统筹与规划；

7.  有机会接触更多的人力模块；

8.  完成上级领导安排的其他工作内容

职位要求：

1.  大学本科及以上学历，人力资源、历史、哲学、心理学、社会学或相关专业；

2.  二年以上人力资源招聘模块工作经验；具有猎头背景者优先；熟练掌握多种招聘面试技巧；

3.  熟练使用Office等办公必备软件；

4.  积极主动、结果导向型；优秀的沟通力、理解力、观察力及组织协调力；团队合作能力强、有服务意识；相貌端正、诚实正直、有亲和力；
