POSITION SUMAMRY AND KEY TASK DESCRIPTION:
- Daily Process
- Work closely with line to implement the task which follow the guidance to the policies and procedures, ensuring own retail staff can fully understood and implemented in support area.
- Business Support
- Fully support regional retail store staff to solve daily HR related issues with HR professional knowledge.
People Movement
- Take the responsibility of regional own retail staff’s movement and follow the rest internal process.
Contract/Probation
- Take the responsibility of own retail staff’s contract renewal / probation review and monthly attendance related.
Benefits
- Take the responsibility of own retail’s benefit implementation.
Attendance
- Responsible for store attendance implementation in line with relevant policy and ensure all attendance data/file be maintained timely.
Project
- Participate in retail project if need.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree, majoring in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 2 years years of HR experiences
Prior exposure in a similar industry will be preferred
Faster learning and adapting to changing, positive reaction to work pressure
Good time management and high work efficiency with multi-tasks skills
Proactive thinking, exceptional analytical, diagnostic problem-solving and planning
People oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills Retail background required.
Acceptable English skill both in written, read and speaking
Excel and Power Point proficiency
