Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand the market situation, competition and work with sales to form the right sales strategy.

Formulates the business development plan with Sales and Marketing team.

Identify new business opportunity in target market and customers.

Assist Sales and Disti to promote products and achieve revenue and D-win goal.

Deliver product & technical training, organize business event in customer side.

Support customer R&D to qualify our products and driving the project until business win.

Survey the target market and study the competition, application to support new product development.

On site application support to solve customer technical / quality issues.

Job location is Shenzhen.

Qualifications:

Well knowledge of business creation and project management skills.

Good visibility of design-in and design-win pipeline process.

Strong technical background in power system circuit design. Prefer to familiar with Home appliances, SMPS, UPS, EV, Solar.

Solid knowledge in Power discrete parameters and specification.

Teamwork spirit, good manners and communication skills.？

Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering.

More than 3 years working experience in technical support or R&D of semiconductor industry.

Frequent travel adaption.

Good skills in using excel, power point, word.

Able to write email and presentation in English and do oral presentation.

Self-motivated and aggressiveness.
