工作职责：

1. 协调及接待来电和来访

2. 负责集体采购及分发各部门的文具及办公室日用品的购买及名片、名牌、吊牌及办公室其他印刷品的印制；

3. 办公室设备报修、物业报修及物业的沟通协调工作， 包括办公室灯，植物，地毯清洁等。。

4. 更新分公司人员名录表

5. 对公司各种文件和档案进行整理、归档

6. 制作打印证书制作

工作要求：

1. 本科以上学历，在校生，有良好的职业形象和气质，懂得基本的接待礼仪；
2. 一周能工作2-3天
3. 英语听说读写流利；
4. 能够及时应对来访客人，处理紧急事件的能力；
5. 具备强烈的责任感，优秀的沟通能力，耐心、细心；
6. 基本的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel）操作能力。
