职位描述
Role responsibilities:
1.渠道规划：根据公司及销售部策略，负责零售渠道中重点客户的生意发展规划；
2.合同管理：负责重点客户的年度贸易合同的规划与谈判，确保合同条款最优；
3.销售目标：负责公司下达的渠道年度任务指标的完成；
4.零售管理：根据公司及销售部的规划，对于零售渠道的管理指标进行管理；
5.信息共享：建立零售终端销售数据的收集和管理，协助市场部与行销单元对于生意机会的挖掘和竞争对手的打击，提高区域门店管理服务的水平；
6.促销管理：负责促销活动的规划和组织实施，确保活动的有效执行，实现销售业绩的增长。
Qualifications:
1.具备母婴渠道用品或快消品销售或市场营销工作的实际操作经验；
2.具备大型KA系统管理经验；公司介绍
