·           Degree in engineering with 10+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering, at least two years manager level experience by lead a team to achieve department target.

·           Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Development and New Product Introduction (on manufacturing engineering function with basic quality knowledge), experience in high volume manufacturing

·           Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.

·           Good knowledge of mechanical and electronics assembly, manufacturing Efficiencies, advanced quality improvement techniques, experience of injection molding processes will be a plus.

·           Good knowledge of line set up/ production document

·           Good knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

·           Experience of automation will be a plus.

·           Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation.

·           Good communications and interpersonal skills: presents ideas in a style that is clear, fluent and to-the-point.

·           Proficiency in writing, reading, oral English.

·           Practical experience in metrology, test, inspection and analysis techniques

·           Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.

·           Action/result oriented: Achieves high level, sustainable performance and results; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and encourages others to grasp ownership for achieving timely, quality, agreed upon results; is highly energetic;

Demonstrated decision making capability: uses logic and insight to solve Quality System problems and create effective solutions.
