This organizational development consultant will lead the deployment of Caterpillar leadership development programs (L.E.A.D core programs) in North AP by working closely with the Caterpillar University College of Leadership, AP Shared Services, Divisional TD & OE Consultant, Country HR Managers, and BU HR managers.

Job Descriptions:

The incumbent will partner with multiple global Process Owners to analyze, consult, develop and deliver solutions, metrics, and benchmarking which link to strategic business needs. He/she will work independently and is accountable for accomplishing individual goals and assignments through in-depth analysis of issues or courses of action within Caterpillar policies, principles, and longer-term goals. Typically requires in-depth procedural knowledge, knowledge within a specific discipline or variety of disciplines and/or the ability to research, understand and effectively integrate information and findings.

The incumbent is responsible for supporting Global process owner and/or subject matter expert for Global Workforce Talent products and services. Positively influence decision makers in the Enterprise and Extended Caterpillar Enterprise to maximize efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business resultsAlign and partner with all HSD Departments and other service groups outside of P&OD. Utilize a variety of systems, tools, and software to develop, advise, and educate customer base Accommodate various work schedules and global time zones

The position is required to travel frequently; up to 25 ~ 35% of working time.

Qualification Requirements

The incumbent should have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, exceptional customer focus, self-starter, and strong communication/presentation and change management skills. The position manages the completion of its own work assignments and coordinates work with others, and provides team leadership to work group teams and global project teams.

The position typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with seven to ten years of progressively responsible job-related experience. Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
