1. 每日巡检校园内所有设施设备系统，排查故障，并填写相关记录。
2. 应急处理停电停水等事故。判断是否故障停电，做好道闸切换。
3. 水泵房检查水泵有无负载过重情况，及时添加润滑油，避免因负载过载。
4. 所有机房：水泵房、配电房的防触电系统检测工作。
5. 年度检查避雷系统，室外的窨井、电缆沟等，确保正常运转。
6. 配合综合维修工零星维修工作。
7. 每天检查所有宿舍和体育馆的沐浴系统，确保功能正常运转。
8. 给排水管网巡检及维修。
9. 完成上级交办的其它任务。

岗位要求：
1. 有3-5年工作经验，初中以上学历。
2. 踏实肯干，积极上进好学，悟性好，能承担大的工作压力，具体优秀的服务精神和理念。
3. 熟悉设备安装相关规范。
4. 拥有专业的机电理论知识和实践技能。
5. 设施设备的安全防护技能。
6. 熟悉给排水管道维修技能。
7. 能够按照要求正确使用各种仪器仪表测量方法及安全用具使用方法。
8. 有《电工进网作业许可证》优先。
9. 熟悉金属焊接及热切割技术优先。
10. 有高压道闸切换操作经验和技能优先。
