• Place Sales Order in SAP and send the PDF to the 3PL.
• Verify cash and other payment received for SO
• Gift packing and event order tracking
• Communicate with sales & marketing team to see if there is any problem and provide solution.
• Coordinate with customers on delivery requirement & delivery status
• Verify the wines that prepared by the warehouse  and tracking whole process for order to delivery.
• Verify and prepare payment for logistics expenses (i.e. storage & delivery bill)
• Delivery status tracking & reporting
• Arrange small parcel delivery with SF Express
• Documents filing for proof of delivery
• Assist in stock taking and inventory accuracy in SAP
• Preparing logistics expense report and other sales report if needed.
•  Support on sales contract management and quotation preparations.

Requirement

• Customer Service Focused
• Can-do attitude, can cope with pressure,  work independently & deliver within tight deadline
• Also a team player to achieve company’s overall target
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (i.e. Vlookup & Pivot Table)
• Proficient in any ERP system, SAP or SAP B1 would be an advantage
