职位描述
is responsible for commercial growth through up-selling and cross-selling iTero’s services to installed base. The Inside Sales Lead/Associate, iTero China is a customer-facing role that will have direct interaction with customers and partners, via phone and social media platform. As an iTero Services ambassador for China, the Inside Sales Lead/Associate, iTero China will manage Subscription & Support Service contracts, deliver on a book of business and help transform services into success in China.
In this role, you will…
? Achieve sales objectives including quota, productivity requirements and other key performance indicators as determined in the service contract scope
? Implement strategies around growing iTero’s recurring service business and provide weekly/monthly oversight on service utilization, retention and renewal rates
? Focus on installed base customers and/or partners in an effort to consult and sell specified renewal service offerings including multi-year service renewals emphasizing the value of services
? Interpret and utilize installed base data to produce accurate renewal & retention list by customer/partner and drive that information into sales motions
? Proactively engage with customers/partners on their renewal opportunities and increase penetration through cross/up-selling based on the understanding of customers' utilization patterns and the ability to recommend improved and/or complementary solutions
? Effectively communicates the strengths and competitive advantages of iTero services and how the application of these can assist customers in meeting their objectives
? Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain strong interlock relationship with Invisalign Sales team, iTero Sales team, Marketing, Finance and Operations to provide a customer-facing solution
? Drive new service revenue streams and expansion activities to grow service business in China
? Provide local insights from outside-in perspective (including customer feedback, market intelligence) to facilitate continual improvement of service value-proposition
? Leverage on internal systems, processes and tools like Salesforce.com while being cognizant about creating/institutionalizing new processes when necessary
? Report directly to Senior Service Business Manager, APAC and dotted line to xxxxxxx (TBC), iTero China
任职要求:
In this role, you’ll need …
? 5-7 years’ outside sales/telesales/customer service experience role in technology or software services equivalent industries
? Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Technology
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
? Ability to drive performance and results from the front
? Analytical skills to interpret data and make business-oriented decisions
? Methodological and offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine
? High in emotional intelligence to foster success relationships with internal/external stakeholders
? Positive attitude, professional work ethic and standards
? Good understanding and aptitude for Digital Dentistry/MedTech/IT innovation would be advantageous
