职位描述
Innovation and trend analysis for global brand and product development relevant for Ford product-cycle plan and global tasks.
Automotive benchmarking and ICT (Information & Communication Technology) competitive analysis to compose guidance supporting the Ford Design team to develop and define future Ford DNA Exterior / Interior / CMD attributes/ HMI….
Develop conceptual design imagery to inform global marketing and design teams on the key value proposition, product characteristics and formulate design narratives.
Outline potential design trends which could influence concept and content of future products and incorporating the observations into a visually compelling design presentation.
Work multi-disciplined and collaboratively with the design team and other skill teams.
Design feed into ongoing program work.
3+ years of experience within the industrial / automotive design industry.
Chinese market experience.
Proven ability in understanding customer needs and wants and can define potential customer expectations translating them into new technology areas such as user experience and connectivity.
Proven ability in analyzing external trends to develop and deploy coherent strategies.
Proven ability to develop design concepts and illustrate them through mood boards, sketches and renderings.
Demonstrate working knowledge and collaborative co-creation work.
Ability in utilizing multi-media tools and create immersive presentation experience.
Knowledge of visualization and multi-media tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, VRED, Speedform, Alias.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point, Excel and Word).
Fluent/erudite English language skills.
