- Project Manager for Dubai DEWA SOLAR PARK PHASE IV 700MW CSP +250PV

Responsibility:

Review the design drawings and Process Check Lists (ITP).

Material receiving inspection including dimension check and PMI tests witness, visual inspection of materials and review and Material Test Certificates.

Witness welding of PQR test specimens and lab tests, review applicable WPSs, PQRs and WPQs.

In process inspection, including marking transfer, material cutting, fit-up, pre-heating, welding, back gouging.

Witness heat treatments, review heat treatment records and reports.

Perform Internal inspection.

Perform visual inspection on completed vessels including marking check, welding check, dimension check.

Witness final pressure tests.

Witness the name plates were fixed on proper vessel.

Provide early warning of quality/progress or other problems that should arise during manufacturing which may delay shipment.

Open non-conformity report and corrective actions taken to make examination results in line with quality standard.

Other works may support project bidding, technical clarification etc.
