Supporting Product Managerand Account Managers to provide technical solution & consultancy tocustomers and potential customers;  

Supporting Account Managersfor other technical oriented sales and marketing tasks;

Supporting in studying andevaluating potential market, potential applications and markets;

A) Supporting Product Manager and Account Managers inpre-sales work

?     Understandingcustomer needs

–     When brought to acustomer case, working in the customer interface to thoroughly understandcustomer needs

–     Converting thecustomer needs into initial technical spec for further evaluation

?     Bringing up solutionsand conducting feasibility study

–     Working with ProductManagement, Engineering and Sourcing to bring up solutions

–     Conductingfeasibility study from both technical and business side

?     Formulating technicalproposal

–     Select the mostsuitable solution, and formulating technical proposal to be presented tocustomer

–     Providing cost basefor further business analysis

?     Technical assistance inclosing deals

–     Presenting thetechnical solution to customers, and discussing with customer to ensure cleartechnical understanding between the two parties

–     Negotiating andfinalizing the technical specification with customers

–     Expand and deepen therelationship

B)Supporting in after-sales technicalwork and transferring the technical understanding to theproject team and product management

–     Providing technicalsupport and consultancy to customers when needed;

–     In case of productquality issue, Supporting Product Manager and Engineering in analysing defects

 

C)Developing DT’s knowledgeon medical imaging applications utilizing dynamic flat panel x-ray detectors.Special focus in dental imaging, surgical/operation room x-ray imaging andmammography.

?     Collecting systemicallytechnical intelligence from customers and industry

?     Upon requests,conducting studies on certain application areas and certain technologies

?     Identifyingopportunities for improved product functionality, performance and cost

 

?     Qualifications

?     A Master's degree in ElectronicsEngineering or equivalent;

?     2-5 years’ work experiencein technical position with opto-electronics or semiconductor devices, preferablyin X-ray industry;Previous experience for the development of flat panel x-raydetectors or imaging systems utilizing flat panel x-ray detectors would be adefinite bonus for the job applicant;

?      

?     FluentEnglish language command, both oral and written

?     Willingnessto travel
