工作职责:

? Visit store regularly to ensure an effective execution of all market activities, including new product launch, promotion, and educate in-store people on product knowledge and selling skills

? Regular network with dealers to maintain good relationship as well as deliver company policy instantly

? Sales data consolidation and analysis to identify potential problem and provide solution

? Partner with national retail team to keep on new channel development and TT channel productivity improvement

? Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies in respective area

? Accountable for accurate sales forecast, volume and revenue report

? Check GP status to ensure profit against volume

任职资格:

? Bachelor degree or above and general sales concept.

? At least 8 years working experience in sales management preferably gained from similar industries, and 4 years working experience in managing distributor and market development.

? Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills.

? Good negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external groups.

? Business driven/result driven.
