岗位职责：

1、负责学员的学籍、档案建立及学习规划、课程管理。

2、负责对学员教学进度的跟踪，了解，对学生学习过程中出现的问题，给予及时疏导和解决。

3、了解学员的思想动态、学习心态，给予及时输导。

4、对教学质量和学员满意度进行调查分析，及时反馈学员的教学评价。

5、讲授培训课程，职业素养课程，解答疑难问题。 

任职要求：

1、统招大专以上学历，有教育工作相关经验优先。

2、优秀的表达能力和亲和力，有一定的组织和管理能力。

3、热爱教育事业，有奉献精神。

4、熟练使用office办公软件，包括：excel、word、ppt等。

5、从事过培训工作，有相关行业从业经验者优先。
