职位描述
? To be the role of supporting RKA and FWS sales team to ensure the overall FWS performance contributing for the success of China OU which including strategic growing target OEM and Super Dealer Groups, as well importantly maximize Castrol value in FWS channel through synergizing OEM business and Super Dealer offer and management.
? Accountable for RKA / FWS team sales planning & management process to continuously drive effectiveness and efficiency, managing cross functional issues and provide value added support to the team

? Assist RKA team Key Account Managers / Business Development Managers in developing the annual Business Plan and Key Account plan for the assigned OEM / Super Dealer customers
? Own sales team efficiency management (KAP&visit report coordination, forecast accuracy etc.)
? Support Sales team for customer contract internal process and central filing
? Provide sales team performance reporting as needed.
? Coordinate with SOT and Sales team on SIP and customer rebate calculation
? Develop and maintain the FWS Data-base through SIMS, including the customer information update, customer call record, market intelligence collection and performance report
? Work closely with SOT team and coordinate with peers in the RKA & FWS Sales to develop and optimize sales management process, procedures and tools and ensure effective implementation
? Provide administrative support to both RKA and FWS sales team, including national conference and team meeting.
? Ensures compliance with OMS and any supporting GDP's - e.g. Driving Safety and any local legal requirements
? Educational background
* Minimum of bachelor degree
? Working Experience
* Overall 8-10 years working experience. More than 5 year experience in sales, sales operations/support in a multinational company
* Experiences in marketing or sales in auto lubes industry will be a plus
? Knowledge and Skills
* Familiar with lubes business model and operational processes, strong understanding on the RTM/ Sales Channel Management and rich sales support knowledge.
* Customer Insights - knowledgeable of customers and their requirements, including: volume, material and shipping specifications, contractual needs, relational preferences, grounded in knowledge of their business objectives and strategy, decision processes, organization processes.
* Customer-Service Orientation: Imply a desire and focus one's effort to help or serve others, to meet the customer or clients' needs.
* Skilful in communication, solid experience in coordinating, networking and multi-task management
* Strong in analytical reasoning and sensitive to numbers.
* Basic Financial knowledge is a must
* Project management skill is a plus
* Good in Mandarin, fluent in spoken and written English
