THE POSITION
Serve Key Account to ensure high quality delivery of service to the responsible clients, assist team leader to achieve the company’s financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Client Servicing
1. Make sure client service standard is implemented and enhance as client expectations, and continue to evolve and change in the market place
2. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
3. Be responsible to expand our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
4. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization
· Finance Management
With team leader’s guidance and support, contribute to overall team by generating revenue
· Functional / Technical
1. Maintain an accurate and up-to- date knowledge on research techniques and applications
2. Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
3. Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process
4. Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
· People Management
1. Able to establish effective relationships with internal partners; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives them confidence in one's intentions.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels
3. Help to establish a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements

6. With retail environment knowledge is essential
