Position: Analyst/SA

Division: DVSM

Location: Shanghai, China 

Reports to: IO DVSM China DV and Client Query Team Manager

Primary Responsibility

Be responsible for areas including but not limited to Data Validation, Pre-alert and Simulation, as well as client queries in data issue and feasibility check in FMCG industry. 

Implement projects/tasks on schedule with highly quality.

Serves as Data Validation and Client Query expertise to cooperate with cross operation teams, and also to support commercial team to get clients’ questions solved.

Work closely with DVSM IV/Panel team to optimize workflow, raise risk and enhance panel quality.

Be familiar with FMCG Fundamentals and data analytical skills.

 

Qualification

Bachelor/Master degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, social science, market research, operation is preferred

Career target is an expertise. And willing to deep dive analyze data and comfortable with multi-party communication.

 

Hard Skill and knowledge

Good understanding with a programming language like SQL, PL/SQL, VBA or SAS and/ or experience in one or more areas in market database setup, data extraction, data cleaning and validation

Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PPT)

Language - Fluent written and spoken English is preferred.

Good understanding in FMCG market

Good judgment based on market facts and translating statistical concept into data application
