Job Purpose
This role is accountable for driving and evaluating the transformation of Digital Journey across the assigned markets and initiatives.
Leads the Go-to-Market Strategy activities working closely with the execution teams as well as local stakeholders.
Deploys the IO CoE strategy for the respective market cluster - only applicable for C-DAR & QCT.
Job Responsibilities
Driving transformation
Understanding and articulating the vision
Know product requirements and impact to the business (role, productivity, process, etc.)
Rationalize transformation efforts
Localization of GTM strategy
Real time strategic adjustments to GTM
Driving insight for team in people, process, tool related transformations (being able to connect back to the big picture, develop and challenge specific tactics that do not fit with the big picture)
Own stakeholder engagement by ensuring appropriate identification of stakeholders, assessment, and creating awareness pre and post deployment
Evaluating transformation
Developing, understanding, communicating, evaluating true transformation
Driving alignment through constructive teamwork
Ensuring appropriate application of DCC
Perspective of Pulse - Ensure DCC reflecting reality in real-time
Evangelize Best Practices
Actively contribute to the creation of global GTM (proactive and retroactively)
Develop and Share Best Practices (with one another, with GTM, CDLs) as well as pain points and stories

Role Requirements
B.S. or B.A. in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field
4+ years of quantitative analysis work experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Knowledge of Nielsen products, Retailer Industry & Technologies and/or Other Ops functions
Knowledge & Exposure to IO DJ2020 Transformation
Ability to drive projects and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems
Strong networking skills - ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global functions at L3-L4 level
Ability to balance technical, marketing and business perspectives
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
Experience handling, manipulating and analyzing data
Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation
Able to work in an individual and/or team setting
Experience/Certifications in one or all of the following : Quality, PM, BPI/Six Sigma methodologies and tools
Experience driving transformational change within and outside the organization
Capable of energizing and empowering a diverse, multicultural operation
Willingness to travel within and outside of home region
Fluent English Language skills
