Job Responsibilities

Work with Business Finance and Revenue Controlling colleagues to maintain best-in-class processes and application of policies

Work on extensive reporting innovations and configurations with advanced tools (SQL, Tableau, Google Data Studio, HFM)

Engage with Business Leaders on Operations, Commercial and Support functions to make business grow

Lead specific finance areas with full responsibility and ownership

Develop business rhythms to respond to regional and global information needs

 

Role Requirements 

 

Education and Experience:

University Degree 

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred prior experience with FMCG multinationals or Big4)

 

Hard Skills:

Data domain expertise (Proficient with Excel, ability to manage large sets of data)

Finance System knowledge (mainly SAP, HFM) preferred

USGAAP (intermediate knowledge)

Google suites is a plus

 

Soft skills:

Problem solving capabilities

Ability to influence decisions by acting as business partner

Communication skills (ability to interact effectively at all levels -Local and Global- )

Ability to self organize work and execute independently

Ability to manage and drive complex process and to support and coordinate internal finance processes

Proven ability of executing beyond business as usual by participating or driving several projects (New systems implementation, change management situations etc)
