THE POSITION：

As an Associate Director/Senior Manager in Consumer Insight, Retailer & Ecommerce Industry, you will be accountable for the competitive proposal delivery, smooth and efficient project execution as well as insightful report analysis. At the same time, you will also be responsible for maintaining professional client service on day-to-day basis and achieving a high satisfaction level.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Act as team leader to provide proper guidance and coaching to the team;

- Work with different account teams to provide retail and/or e-commerce research expertise for business development, proposal design, and project management and report delivery;  

- Act as a project owner and is directly accountable for end-to-end market research process (proposal design, questionnaire design, overall project management and report generation) that are timely delivered at Nielsen’s quality standard and tailor-made to client business needs;   

- Analyze consumer study results and deliver actionable insight;   

- Being the key contact and close business partner of client, maintaining high level client satisfaction;   

- Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations; ensure proper methodologies recommended and competitive timeline and costing estimation.    

 

QUALIFICATIONS：

- Over 5 years experiences in consumer study

- Familiar with market research project management and report delivery;

- A quick learner;

- Good data and market sense, strong logical mindset;

- Good communication skill;

- Responsible person with ‘can-do’ attitude;

- Good team spirit;

- Previous retail/e-commerce research involvement would be an advantage;

- Proficiency in oral and written English would be an advantage.

- Previous work experience on both agency and client side would be an advantage.
