RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management

- Lead a team to deliver qualitative research services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients on a timely and precise manner according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards

- Provide management support to Director in project management and team management

- Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients/projects in terms of discussion guide, content analysis and qualitative report. Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness

 

QUALIFICATIONS

- Over 8 years Qualitative Research experience, a sophisticated FGD and IDI moderator

- Can handle complicated Qualitative Research project from end-to-end

- Strong logical mindset, able to reach insight to the core

- Open to explore any new qualitative moderation methodologies by leveraging social media and new technology

- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Can adapt to frequent travel and high working pressure
