As a Sales Admin, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BL) based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will be the first and consistent point of contact for customers and business partners of the Measurement Products Sales Product Group/ Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BL) / Industrial Automation Business in Beijing /China country/NAS region. Using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will help solve diverse customer inquiries in support of the wider sales or other business team.

？ Contract management.
？ Contract information collection and input.
？ Take responsible for contract implementation (include cash collection, order place, customs clearance, goods receive/delivery, and invoice issue etc.).
？ SOX documents prepare, monthly closing checking.
？ Other sales related report prepare.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ Bachelor’s Degree or above.
？ 2+ year working experience in Sales Administration or Contract Implementation.
？ Familiar to SAP is preferred.
？ Proficient skills of computer applications, especially Excel and Word.
？ Good communication skill and consciously working and learning ability.
？ Fluent in oral and written English (passed CET4 is required).
