Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd is a newly formed independent company that aims to be a nationwide leader in providing public cloud services to China based and multi-national companies with customers in China. Headquartered in Zhongwei of Ningxia, and it is a fully licensed and certified IDC and ISP provider. Through its strategic cooperation with AWS, Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd will be the operator of AWS Cloud services in the Ningxia Region. Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd is a strong contributor to the comprehensive upgrade of technology infrastructure, development of talent and expansion of the cloud ecosystem of Ningxia province and is investing heavily to develop its capabilities in Ningxia and beyond.

NCT Customer Service provides global support to a wide range of external customers as they build mission-critical applications on top of NCT services. We help our customers understand what Cloud Computing is all about, and whether it can be useful for their business needs. We help with complex account and billing related inquiries, and interface with NCT teams to provide the perspective of the Voice of the Customer.

As an NCT CS Tech Concierge agent, you'll engage with Enterprise and our Partner Network customers, providing e-mail and phone support. You will interface with other NCT teams including Technical Account managers (TAM’s), Service Teams and Support. You will be the Subject Matter Experts on Enterprise/Partner Network customers. You will work with exceptionally driven, customer focused Technical Customer Service Associates and Technical Support Engineers. You will act as a Cloud Computing evangelist in the leading edge of this growing industry. You will be the point of contact on Executive level escalations. You will act as a support partner to the Level 3 TCSA escalations team.
In addition, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
? Being the customer-facing voice for Enterprise/Partner Network customers, addressing complex account,billing and analysis issues.
? Working with customer support peers in other sites/countries to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
? Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions to improve customer experience and efficiency.
? Driving or getting involved into projects that improve support-related processes.
? Building internal knowledge base/training materials and keep maintaining it.
Basic Qualifications
? At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management with a passion for customer advocacy.
? Educational background in technology/business/economics/finance.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
? Exceptionally strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills; focus on quality in customer experience.
? Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
? Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
? Strong fluency with Web Technologies and the Internet.
? Fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience supporting named accounts/analyzing large amount of data/building process.
