岗位职责:

Description
The Global Information Security Architect is responsible for designing, building, testing and implementing a security strategy within a dynamic global organization. The Information Security Architect is expected to have a thorough understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems and authentication protocols, as well as best practice security products. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in global architecture including IoT and cloud architecture.

This position will be the main liaison between Product Security, development teams, and the China leadership for Vertiv. It is important that they can lead the security testing and share results at the executive level. This position could become a management position in the future.

Good communication skills will be important for success. This position must have good English so that they can be part of the global testing efforts along with communicating directly teams in China.

Responsibilities
1、Act as security design authority for projects within Digital Risk Management portfolio. Engage from the idealization through the system development life-cycle in project execution;
2、Design and lead the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture that supports the organization’s Objectives and Key Results；
3、Drive alignment and governance across the various architectural domains；
4、Understand, advocate and support the enterprise's IT strategy along with assisting in the development and implementation/realization of the various IT road maps；
5、Review current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements；
6、Analyze the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement；
7、Ability to work in global organization with onshore as well as offshore resources
Actively engages in driving strategic initiatives, and the related goals, to ensure the most optimal outcome；
8、Establish disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills
Serve as an escalation point for security incidents and providing thorough post-event analyses；
9、As a senior member of the IT team, a Information Security Architect job description should also include cultivating a culture of security awareness, and arranging continuing education of personnel to ensure security policies are adhered to at all times;
10、Support a standard QA process with the product development teams；
11、Support our product certification process；
12、Support standard security testing labs；
13、Support automated security testing.

任职资格:

Requirements

1、Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is highly desirable；
2、Additional advanced security qualifications such as CISSP certification, CEH or equivalent preferred；
3、10 years' experience in information security or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance and reliability；
4、Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization and security；
5、Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions；
6、Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies；
7、Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to articulate and enforce security measures；
8、Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen；
9、Strong leadership, vision, effective communication and goal-oriented；
10、Strong ability to establish partnerships and influence change and achieve results within dynamic environment；
11、Preferred knowledge experience includes；
12、Understanding of embedded systems / software；
13、Linux kernel networking stack knowledge (Netdevice, SKB, IP Conntrack, OVS)
Linux network device driver/data-path performance expertise；
14；Strong competence and experience in Layer 2, Layer 3 networking, QoS
Network and/or application security expertise (L2/L3 firewall, DPI, IDS, IPS)
Malware/Botnet knowledge；
15、Operating system configuration of Windows, LinuxAndroid and iOS Computer boot process including boot loaders；
16、Conducting security evaluation and threat assessments of embedded systems, mobile applications, web applications；
17、An understanding of common cryptographic algorithms and protocols including their weaknesses and attacks against them；
18、Familiarity with compilers, debuggers, disassemblers, and other low level development and analysis tools；
19、Having hands on real-time embedded C development experience that includes recent lab activities integrating with, and debugging on target hardware；
20、Having experience in developing in a multi-processor environment；
21、Conducting research for the purposes of finding new vulnerabilities and
enhancing existing capabilities；
22、Circumventing security protection methods and techniques；
23、Reverse engineering complex systems and protocols；
24、Creating detailed technical reports and proof of concept code to document findings.
