职位描述
职位信息 ：
1.负责GNSS定位WLS/KF相关算法研究与实现；
2.负责GNSS/INS、多传感器融合定位方向的算法研发优化以及技术支持；
3.负责客户问题的数据处理与分析，并能作出及时反馈以及软件改进；
4. 负责卫星导航基带数据处理与分析；
5. 负责接口协议的开发与维护。
任职要求：
1、导航与定位、测绘、EE、CS等相关专业，研究生以上学历，能力匹配的可放宽至本科学历；
2、熟练掌握C/C++语言，GNSS基础理论知识扎实，对嵌入式处理器以及相应开发及调试工具有一定经验；
3. 熟悉GNSS定位理论, 最小二乘和Kalman滤波技术，精通GNSS PVT定位算法，精通误差建模以及误差分析，熟悉GPS/BDS/GLONASS卫星导航系统的信号体制；
4. 有GNSS项目PVT项目经验优先
5.有较强的文献阅读和算法实现能力以及较好的团队合作能力。
6. 具备C，C ，MATLAB，Java或Python的开发经验。
7. 良好的英文听说读写能力以及沟通能力。
