1> 负责企业微博的日常运营和维护工作，提高关注度和用户转化率，含内容策划创作编辑、发布、维护、管理、互动；

2> 结合业务和社会热点，策划与推广易传播的主题，利用社会化新媒体沟通方式进行社会化营销，为项目获取用户资源，创造口碑；

3> 了解用户需求，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求，根据需求调整微博内容建设；

4> 策划组织推广活动，挖掘和分析粉丝使用习惯、情感及体验感受，并做专题策划、编辑制作；

5> 利用专业新媒体运营数据分析工具分析粉丝社会化媒体运营指标，制定并实施清晰的用户互动策略，发展粉丝与好友，通过持续互动转化潜在客户，提升口碑；

6> 跟踪推广效果，分析数据并反馈,总结经验,提出解决方案，建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度,增加粉丝数量，提高转化，增强品牌传播；

Job Responsibilities:

1> Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of enterprise Weibo, improve attention and user conversion rate, including content planning, editing, publishing, maintenance, management and interaction;

2> Combine business and social hotspots, plan and promote the theme of easy communication, use socialized new media communication methods for social marketing, and obtain user resources for the project to create a reputation;

3> Understand user needs, collect user feedback, analyze user behavior and needs, and adjust Weibo content construction according to needs;

4> Plan and organize promotion activities, explore and analyze fan usage habits, emotions and experience feelings, and do special planning, editing and production;

5> Use professional new media operation data analysis tools to analyze fan social media operation indicators, develop and implement clear user interaction strategies, develop fans and friends, and transform potential customers through continuous interaction to enhance word of mouth;

6> Track the promotion effect, analyze the data and feedback, sum up the experience, propose solutions, establish effective operation methods to enhance user activity, increase the number of fans, improve conversion, and enhance brand communication;

任职资格：

1> 编辑、新闻、中文等专业本科以上学历，1年以上同岗位工作经验；

2> 熟悉企业文化、熟悉保健品知识、了解国家相关法律法规、了解行业动态；

3> 文笔出众，有较强的逻辑思维、较强的创意能力、较强的人际沟通能力、较强的书面和口头表达能力、熟练使用计算机办公软件、较强的执行能力；

4> 有保健品行业内容经验者优先；

5> 英语听说读写流利。具有留学经历者优先考虑。

Qualifications:

1> Bachelor degree or above in editing, news, Chinese, etc., more than 1 year working experience in the same position

2> Familiar with corporate culture, familiar with health care knowledge, understand relevant national laws and regulations, and understand industry trends;

3> Excellent writing, strong logical thinking, strong creative ability, strong interpersonal communication skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient use of computer office software, and strong execution ability;

4> Experience in health products industry is preferred;

5> Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. overseas background are preferred.
